About Creations by Uli

Hi! My name is Ulisa and I’m the owner of Creations by Uli. I create custom apparel, decals, stickers, and digital designs inspired by Houston culture, western aesthetics, and everyday creativity.

Creations by Uli is a small business that I run while also working and attending school full time, so every order is made with care during the time I have available. I truly appreciate your patience and support of my small business!

👕 Apparel Information

All apparel is unisex sizing unless stated otherwise.

The brands I commonly use include:

• Gildan Heavy Cotton – classic t-shirt feel with thicker cotton. This style runs true to size and works well for a standard everyday fit. Size up if you prefer an oversized look.

• Gildan Softstyle – softer and lighter fabric compared to Heavy Cotton. This style also runs true to size with a slightly more fitted feel.

• Comfort Colors – garment-dyed cotton with a relaxed, vintage look and feel. This brand naturally has a looser fit, making it a great option for those who love the vintage oversized style.

If you are unsure about sizing, I generally recommend Comfort Colors for a relaxed oversized look, or sizing up in other styles if you prefer a more oversized fit.

⏱ Turnaround Time

Turnaround times may vary depending on order volume.

• Shirts: 9–12 business days
• Stickers: 3–5 business days
• Digital Files: 1–2 business days

Weekends and holidays are not included in turnaround time.

🚚 Shipping & Pickup

Orders can be shipped or picked up locally in Houston.

Shipping times depend on the carrier and are separate from production time. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your package.

Please note that once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Creations by Uli is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Any shipping concerns must be addressed directly with the carrier.

Once the design is approved, an invoice will be sent for payment.

🔁 Returns & Refund Policy

Because each item is custom made to order, all sales are final.

Creations by Uli does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, please email me within 48 hours of delivery so I can review the issue and assist you.
